纳斯达克计划在其股票交易所提供24小时交易，寻求利用全球对美股需求不断增长的机遇。

　　纳斯达克总裁Tal Cohen称，这家美国第二大交易所运营商计划将每周五天延长交易时间。Cohen在领英上发帖称，该公司预计将于2026年下半年开始全天候交易，等待监管部门批准并与行业其他公司保持一致。

　　在此之前，其他交易所也有类似计划：Cboe Global Markets Inc．上个月说，将延长其股票交易所的交易时间至每周5天、每天24小时，等待监管部门批准。纽约证交所去年10月也提交了申请，计划在工作日提供22小时交易。

　　纳斯达克的Cohen指出不同时区的散户投资者对美国市场的兴趣升温。不过，他表示，市场和投资者需要考虑延长交易时间可能带来的波动性增加和交易成本上升风险。 Cohen称，尽管隔夜交易有所增加，但这些交易时段的流动性仍然“显著较低”。
