BlockBeats 消息，3 月 8 日，Bitwise 的首席投资官 Matt Hougan 的说法，美国正逐步接近建立一项加密货币战略储备（SBR），这将引发全球各国争相购买比特币。
Hougan 表示，无论这项储备最终以何种形式存在，它都将表明比特币已成为“全球重要的货币资产”。“这对我来说感觉就像是一个游戏规则的改变者。”他认为，美国建立比特币储备将成为比特币“军备竞赛”的第一枪。
