【菲莫国际等三家烟草公司将支付325亿加元以了结加拿大诉讼】金十数据3月8日讯，菲利普莫里斯国际（PMI）当地时间3月7日发布公告称，获悉其不再并表的加拿大关联公司RBH的破产保护程序中，法院已批准针对RBH的和解安排计划。经批准的计划将解决加拿大境内针对RBH及其关联公司（包括PMI）的所有烟草产品相关索赔与诉讼。法院还批准了针对英美烟草加拿大子公司（合称ITL）及日本烟草加拿大子公司JTIM的实质类似计划。
