智通财经APP获悉，据报道，谷歌(GOOGL.US)正敦促特朗普领导下美国司法部避免拆分这家搜索引擎公司，知情人士表示，谷歌上周已与司法部官员进行了会晤。
目前，美国司法部正在调查针对谷歌的两起反垄断案件，分别涉及搜索引擎业务和广告技术领域。
谷歌一位发言人对此表示：“我们定期与监管机构会面，包括与司法部讨论此案。正如我们公开声明的那样，我们担心当前的提案可能会损害美国经济和国家安全。”
去年，美国司法部曾表示，可能会要求法官强制谷歌剥离部分业务，如其Chrome浏览器和安卓操作系统。司法部认为，谷歌利用这些业务维持了在在线搜索领域的非法垄断地位。
此外，美国司法部还在考虑采取行为性和结构性补救措施，以防止谷歌利用Chrome、Play和安卓等产品为其搜索引擎及相关产品和功能(包括人工智能等新兴搜索接入点和功能)获取竞争优势，从而压制竞争对手或新进入者。
据悉，联邦法官将在下月举行的听证会后裁定谷歌必须如何改变其商业行为。双方将于本周五向法官提交最终提案。
