消息面上，联邦制药公布，近日，公司全资附属公司联邦生物科技(珠海横琴)有限公司自主研发的1类创新药UBT251注射液获得美国药品监督管理局(FDA)许可，同意开展慢性肾脏病(CKD)适应症II期临床试验。此前，CKD适应症已于2025年1月20日获得中国国家药品监督管理局临床试验批准。
UBT251是一款长效GLP-1(胰高血糖素样肽-1)/GIP(葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素多肽) /GCG(胰高血糖素)三靶点受体激动剂，公司是中国首家、全球第二家以化学合成多肽法制备的长效GLP-1/GIP/GCG三激动剂获准临床试验的企业。目前，成人2型糖尿病、超重或肥胖、CKD等多个适应症已取得中国及美国两地药物临床试验批准，并已于中国率先进入临床试验阶段。
