中国金茂及附属公司2月签约销售额44.16亿元
3月7日，中国金茂（00817）发布公告，2025年2月份，公司及其附属公司取得签约销售金额44.16亿元，签约销售建筑面积26万平方米。截至2025年2月28日止两个月，公司累计取得签约销售金额共计111.11亿元，累计签约销售建筑面积57万平方米。此外，截至同日，公司已录得已认购（未签约）物业销售金额共计24.5亿元。
公告指出，以上签约销售金额的数据统计均未计入公司于2025年2月份或截至2025年2月28日止两个月的物业租金收入。需要注意的是，房地产销售过程中存在诸多不确定性，公告中的销售数据为初步统计，可能与公司定期报告披露的数据存在差异，因此投资者应谨慎参考。
