智通财经APP获悉，周三，诺和诺德(NVO.US)正式推出NovoCare Pharmacy，这一新平台专为自费患者提供其减重药物服务，直接挑战礼来(LLY.US)去年推出的直销平台LillyDirect。截至发稿，诺和诺德涨近4%，报90.91美元；礼来涨超1%，报920美元。
通过NovoCare，诺和诺德将为无保险患者，或虽有商业保险但不涵盖肥胖治疗的患者，提供其明星减重药物Wegovy(司美格鲁肽)。该药物将涵盖0.25 mg、0.5 mg、1 mg、1.7 mg和2.4 mg五种剂量。
诺和诺德表示，患者可以通过NovoCare Pharmacy以折扣价每月499美元的现金支付方式，获得该GLP-1类减重药物，并享受送货上门服务。
