智通财经APP讯，资本策略地产(00497)发布公告，上市委员会已批准合并股份上市及买卖。批准股份合并、法定股本增加以及策略性资助及伙伴关系建议书拟进行的交易的普通决议案亦已于2025年3月6日的股东特别大会上获股东正式通过。由于该通函所载股份合并及法定股本增加的所有条件已获达成，股份合并及法定股本增加将于2025年3月10日(星期一)生效。合并股份将于2025年3月10日(星期一)上午九时正开始在联交所买卖。
由于股份合并生效，更改每手买卖单位将自2025年3月24日(星期一)起生效。于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位将由10000股现有股份更改为20000股合并股份。以新每手买卖单位20000股合并股份买卖合并股份的原有交易柜台将于2025年3月24日(星期一)上午九时正重新开放。
