GEM Enviro Management's Board Approves Formation of New Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

GEM Enviro Management's (BOM:544199) board has approved the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, named GEM Green Infra Tech, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.

The proposed authorized share capital of the new subsidiary is 1000,000 Indian rupees with a proposed paid-up share capital of 760,000 rupees.

The incorporation of the unit is expected to be completed on or before April 15, subject to the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the filing said.
