【美团内部沟通会：食杂零售、国际化、AI 是王兴关注的 “新” 方向】金十数据3月5日讯，2 月的最后一天，美团 CEO 王兴召开总监级别以上的内部沟通会，美团最高决策层 S-team 的每一位成员都有发言。此次是美团的 15 周年，除了核心本地商业，王兴提出在第二个十年他作为 CEO 会更多关注的三个 “新” 方向 —— 食杂零售、国际化和科技：食杂零售，对应长期使命 “帮大家吃得更好，生活更好”，覆盖包括自营生鲜零售和平台零售业务；国际化，指的是外卖等业务出海，包括已进入中东市场的 Keeta、无人机等，美团希望其外卖市场规模达到千亿美元，这决定了其外卖业务不能只局限在中国市场；科技方面，美团希望抓住这一次的 AI 机遇，建设大规模、全品类、有纵深且生态健康的本地商业系统。
