原标题：云视观察•省委书记点赞，“2700糖心苹果”背后有故事

“我们云南团有一位代表，叫鲁权，是个80后小伙子。他在丽江市宁蒗县种一种叫‘2700’的糖心苹果。”代表团团长、省委书记王宁在回答记者有关农民增收的提问时，推介了一枚“金”果果。

——这是3月7日，出席十四届全国人大三次会议的云南省代表团举行团组开放活动时的一幕。

“我很激动！农民富了，我很高兴，也鼓励了云南民营企业的信心。”鲁权对省委书记的“点赞”作出回应。他说，自己对农业有情怀，能跟农民群众形成利益联结，是最大的荣誉。

“2700糖心苹果”香味浓、水分足、糖分高、口感脆，因种植在2700米海拔地区而得名。作为民营企业负责人，鲁权通过与村集体合作办厂，当地果农不但卖苹果有收入，到厂里还有额外的工资收益。仅2024年，就带动1900户果农户均增收7万元。

　　近年来，云南不断完善联农带农机制，相继总结推广了孟连县牛油果“334”利益分配模式、蒙自市蓝莓产业“622”合作共赢模式等，着力让企业、农民、村集体等都有合理收益，而且更多流到农民的“腰包”里。

“我们党委政府要当好农民利益的代言人。”王宁表示，通过联农带农，保障农民在产业链增值中的合理收益。
