金吾财讯 | 五矿资源(01208)今日股价走势向好，截至目前，股价暂升2.98%，报2.42港元，成交额颇为可观，达1.84亿港元。盘中股价波动明显，最高触及2.48港元，最低探至2.27港元。公司宣布LAS BAMBAS的税务更新，MLB已收到秘鲁税务法院的有利判决，裁定MLB有权(i)就2018年税务年度申索税务亏损4.29亿美元；及(ii)从中国贷款银行组成之银团获得的3.78亿美元贷款及从MLB股东MMG Swiss Finance A.G.于2018年获得的2.42亿美元股东贷款取得利息扣减。2014年至2018年的重列税务亏损为25.75亿美元。截至目前，MMG所公布的税务法院判决的积累效果，已消除就SUNAT所声称的所得税、利息和罚款支付20.16亿美元的不确定性。目前尚未确定SUNAT是否有意就该判决提出上诉。公司据知于秘鲁税务行政司法系统进行上诉或需时多年方可解决。除了税务方面的利好，公司的业绩表现也十分亮眼。近日，五矿资源发布了截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩报告。报告显示，公司全年收入达44.79亿美元，同比增长3%；年内所得税前利润为6.21亿美元，同比大幅增加228%；期内所得税后利润为3.66亿美元，同比增长200%；每股基本盈利为1.53美仙。
