智通财经APP讯，蒙古能源(00276)发布公告，于2025年3月6日，本公司与Golden Infinity订立2025年GI认购协议，Golden Infinity已同意认购2025年GI可换股票据。
2025年GI可换股票据的认购款将由本公司于GI完成日期用于悉数结清现有GI可换股票据的未偿还本金额及应计利息。倘2025年GI认购事项于2025年5月30日(即最后截止日期)完成，现有GI可换股票据于GI完成日期的未偿还本金额及应计利息将为7.27亿港元。
于2025年3月6日，本公司与CTF订立2025年CTF认购协议， CTF已同意认购2025年CTF可换股票据。
2025年CTF可换股票据的认购款将由本公司于CTF完成日期用于悉数结清现有CTF可换股票据的未偿还本金额及应计利息。倘2025年CTF认购事项于2025年5月30日(即最后截止日期)完成，现有CTF可换股票据于CTF 完成日期的未偿还本金额及应计利息将为32.51亿港元。
于本公告日期，股份按每手买卖单位3000股股份于联交所买卖。建议将股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由3000股股份更改为6000股股份。按股份于本公告日期的收市价每股0.53港元计算，每手买卖单位6000股股份的价值为3180港元。
