Sprintex's G15 Jet Blowers Recognized by United Nations' Unit; Shares Down 3%

Sprintex (ASX:SIX) said its G15 jet blowers have been selected by the United Nations' World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) GREEN for inclusion in its database of innovative climate change mitigation technologies, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said its G15 jet blower, used in aquaculture, reduces energy consumption by over 50% compared to traditional blowers.

Company shares were down 3% in recent trade.
