　　这些经济学家指出，各党派领导人明确称这个决定是欧洲“不惜一切代价”的时刻，并决心“全面重整军备”。当年马里奥·德拉吉也曾表示将“不惜一切代价”捍卫欧元。此举可能使德国的国防开支最早在明年就至少达到其国内生产总值（GDP）的3%。

　　他们还表示，事实上，预期财政扩张的速度和规模让人想起了上世纪90年代德国统一时的情景。
