智通财经APP获悉，美东汽车(01268)再涨近10%，截至发稿，涨6.64%，报2.25港元，成交额3815.55万港元。
消息面上，美东汽车近期发布盈警公司称，公司预计2024年权益股东应占亏损约23亿元，2023年为应占溢利约1亿元。由盈转亏主要归因于下半年的汽车市场价格战以及宏观经济因素的影响。公司对若干表现欠佳的现金产生单位于2024年下半年确认非现金的商誉及经销商权减值约28亿元，加上2024年上半年约2亿元的减值，全年合共进行商誉及经销商权减值约30亿元。
美东汽车同时透露，集团2024年年末现金及现金等价物净额与2023年年末相比增加，来自营运活动的现金录得净流入。集团现金流健康，并已经在2025年1月13日提早全数赎回18.73亿美元换股债。董事会认为本集团整体财务状况稳健良好，将继续保持审慎稳健的财务策略。公司会在充分考虑派息政策、资金需求和其他相关情况后考虑以分红、回购股份或其他形式为股东带来回报和价值。
