消息面上，五矿资源日前公布2024年度财报，收入44.79亿美元，同比增加3%，取得纯利1.62亿美元，增长17倍，每股盈利1.53美仙。不派末期息。五矿资源在香港举行2024年度业绩会。就公司收购英美资源集团在巴西的镍业务资产（简称巴西镍业）的相关问题，公司董事长徐基清表示，公司不会满足于项目当前每年约4万吨的镍产量，在完成交割后公司会结合自身优势和一系列程序，尽快推动两个“绿地项目”（业内大致指从零开始的新建项目）。徐基清介绍：“预计在2030年左右，如果在项目资源量夯实的基础上，我们希望将产量从目前的4万吨提升到可能15万吨以上。
