智通财经APP获悉，酷派集团(02369)高开逾14%，截至发稿，涨14.71%，报0.039港元，成交额45.85万港元。
消息面上，酷派集团公布，与Newdecade Energy订立谅解备忘录，据此，公司拟收购10139882 Manitoba Ltd的多数股份(预计占目标公司已发行股份总数 的60%至90%)，目标公司主要从事加密货币挖矿托管，现金代价不超过330万美元。董事会认为，建议收购事项将使集团通过整合加密货币采矿业务资源形成协同效应，提升集团运营效率与长期盈利能力，从而使集团在不断发展的加密货币行业中实现持续增长。
另据财联社报道，白宫加密货币负责人表示，特朗普签署行政命令以建立比特币战略储备。该储备将由联邦政府所拥有的比特币来注资，这些比特币是在刑事或民事资产没收程序中被没收而来的。政府不会出售任何存入储备的比特币。财政部长和商务部长被授权制定保持预算中立的策略，以获取更多比特币。
