人民财讯3月5日电，2025年全国两会，全国政协委员、京东集团技术委员会主席曹鹏建议大力培育新型实体企业，推动科技创新与产业创新深度融合。他认为，国内新型实体企业尚处于起步阶段，存在数量、质量、原创能力不足，科技成果转化低、场景应用偏弱等问题，应当加大政策扶持力度，推广数实融合案例，支持新型实体企业做强做优做大；鼓励新型实体企业助力传统企业转型，针对中小企业推出数字化“服务券”，构建融通发展格局；发挥新型实体企业在供应链中的关键作用，推动产供链协同发展。
