智通财经APP获悉，贝壳-W(02423)早盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.53%，报62.85港元，成交额7226.51万港元。
消息面上，贝壳近日发布公告，摩根士丹利资本国际公司(MSCI)在其环境、社会和管治(ESG)评级中，将本公司ESG评级从“BBB”上调至“A”。国金证券指出，在港股重估、ESG利好、入通利好、行业β逐步企稳、龙头α持续兑现、政策预期等多重利好因素的加持下，公司作为最强中介平台，有望实现估值及业绩的戴维斯双击。
该行尤其强调，贝壳入通在即，估值有望修复。3月10日港股通名单进行调整，在考察期间，贝壳满足日均市值条件，且在去年9月末新政出台后，成交额迅速放量达到总成交额条件，因此已满足同股不同权公司纳入港股通要求。入通后公司股票的流动性、关注度将得到提升，能够扩大投资者基础，利于更多资金流入。
