　　敏实集团（00425）盘中一度涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨2.63%，现报23.40港元，成交额1.87亿港元。

　　招商证券发布研报称，据公司管理层，公司已经开始全面布局新型业务赛道，在人形机器人方面，公司切入人形机器人产业链，在结构件、关节、智能皮肤、面罩等业务获得突破，肢体结构件已有60-70套送样，关节处于打样阶段，智能表面机电电子皮肤处于做方案阶段。低空VTOL（垂直起降）飞行器产品方面，产品有机身、舱门系统，已有多个客户，价值量大。

　　国证国际则指出，敏实集团历史上绝大部分时间保持40%的派息率。2023年公司由于资本开支和有息负债率较高未进行分红，2024公司从扩张期步入收获期，削减资本开支，现金流情况改善，回购股票，有望恢复派息。
