路透3月4日 - 一位熟悉内情的人士周二表示，迪士尼 DIS.N打算裁减ABC News Group和迪士尼娱乐网络公司大约6%的员工，因这家娱乐行业巨头正在努力应对电视观众数量下滑。
该人士说，这波裁员将影响到两个部门不到200名员工，预计最早将于周三宣布，大部分裁员将影响到ABC News，由事属机密，该人士不愿具名。
该人士说，包括 "20/20 "和 "夜线 "在内的一些ABC节目将合并到一个部门。
该人士指出，迪士尼正在将其数字编辑、社群团队与新闻采集、节目和自有电视台整合在一起。
