摩根大通一份报告显示，两性平权的进展已经停滞，按照现在这个速度，实现完全性别平等需要等134年。

　　尽管全球范围内女性劳动力参与率不断上升（美国女性的劳动力参与率达到创纪录水平），但高层领导岗位中女性占比只有约32%。

　　报告称，美国薪酬最高的工作主要被白人男性占据，女性在决策层的代表性仍然不足。美国的男女性别薪酬差距去年扩大至17%左右，在欧洲这一差距仍保持在近13%不变。

　　报告称，“如果目前的趋势持续下去，预计全球性别平等要到22世纪才能实现”。
