Odaily星球日报讯 俄罗斯财政部和俄罗斯央行正在讨论在实验性法律框架（ЭПР）内启动俄罗斯国内的加密货币交易。财政部金融政策司司长阿列克谢·雅科夫列夫向记者透露了这一消息。 交易参与者将属于“超级合格”投资者类别，目前该类别的认定标准仍在制定中。 “我们正在研究如何在实验性法律框架内启动国内的加密货币交易市场。但这里涉及的是‘超级合格’投资者，这是一个尚未定义的类别，我们正在确定其标准。”雅科夫列夫在资产管理市场领导者论坛的会场上表示。 雅科夫列夫补充说，财政部希望这一方案能在近期得到落实。“有三个关键因素：实验性法律框架、超级合格投资者以及所有风险的控制。如果这三个因素都能实现，那么我们可能会提出一个方案，并将其提交政府审议。目前，这仍是财政部、央行和市场参与者之间的讨论阶段。” 2024 年 8 月初，俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔·普京签署了一项法律，该法律允许从 2024 年 9 月 1 日起，在实验性法律框架内进行跨境支付和加密货币交易。央行被指定为该领域的授权监管机构。(TASS-RU)
