LHN (SGX:41O) plans to launch three new co-living projects and expand its solar capacity to 13 MW in fiscal year 2025 as part of its growth strategy, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company's co-living business grew to 2,915 keys as of Dec. 31, 2024, with 45 new keys added at Balestier Road. Its space optimization segment maintained occupancy rates above 95%.
LHN secured 29 new contracts in facilities management and re-tendered 75 existing ones. Meanwhile, its car park management business oversaw 100 car parks in Singapore, managing over 27,000 lots.
The company's energy segment sustained an 8.8 MW solar capacity and operated 19 electric vehicle charging points.
In property development, LHN issued six options-to-purchase at LHN Food Chain and entered a joint venture to redevelop a Geylang site into a commercial building.
