路透社3月7日 - 即将上市的人工智能云计算初创公司CoreWeave周四表示，在《金融时报》报导该公司最大的客户微软MSFT.O已经放弃一些协议后，该公司没有出现任何合同取消的情况。
"我们为我们与客户的合作关系感到自豪，我们没有取消合同或放弃承诺。任何与此相反的说法都是虚假和误导性的，"CoreWeave发言人在一份电子邮件声明中告诉路透社。
英国《金融时报》援引消息人士的话报导称，微软因交付问题和错过最后期限而退出了与 CoreWeave 签订的部分协议。不过，该报导还称，微软保留了与 CoreWeave 正在进行的一些合同，CoreWeave 仍然是微软的重要合作伙伴。
微软拒绝对该报告发表评论。
根据一份公司文件，与微软的协议占CoreWeave公司2024年收入的62%，总计12亿美元。
这家初创公司曾警告称，微软需求的任何负面变化或公司与微软关系的转变都将对其业务产生不利影响。
由英伟达（Nvidia）支持的CoreWeave公司成立于2017年，为人工智能工作负载提供访问数据中心和高功率芯片的机会，并与微软的Azure和亚马逊的AMZN.O AWS等云服务提供商展开竞争。
