Thomson Medical Group (SGX:A50) issued SG$25 million in 4.65% bonds due 2029, to be consolidated with its existing SG$160 million issuance of the same series, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance is part of the company's SG$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme, first established in 2019 and last updated in 2023. HSBC's Singapore branch acted as the sole dealer for the transaction.
The notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange on March 6.
