智通财经APP获悉，益美国际控股(01870)午后放量闪崩，截至发稿，跌91.45%，报0.124港元，成交额2853.36万港元，总市值跌穿1亿港元。
据悉，益美国际控股是一家主要从事永久吊船业务的投资控股公司。该公司通过两个部门运营业务。永久吊船业务分部主要从事为永久吊船提供设计及建造解决方案业务。绿色新能源业务分部主要从事新能源发电及储能系统的开发、设计、生产及销售以及提供售电服务业务。去年11月，公司宣布旗下附属公司山西合晖能源科技有限公司于近日取得山西电力交易中心的市场售电许可牌照。取得售电牌照后，集团将能够直接参与山西电力市场的电力零售交易和绿电交易，为客户降低用电成本。
2024年上半年，益美国际控股实现收益8393.2万港元，同比增长10.9%；公司拥有人应占溢利462.4万港元，同比下降53.1%。期内收益同比增加主要由于于期间安装的永久吊船数目增加及绿色新能源业务分部项下广东及山东省的售电业务所作贡献。
