Tenaris (TS) said late Tuesday it completed a $700 million share buyback program, purchasing 36.9 million shares, or 3.17% of its total share capital.
As of March 4, the company holds 90.8 million shares in treasury, representing 7.81% of its total capital.
Tenaris said it plans to cancel the treasury shares purchased under the program in the future.
