京东-SW(09618.HK) 公布，2025年京东JD YOUNG实习生计划(JDY)正式启动，开放1万个以上可留用的实习岗位，3至5月将集中开放5,000余个实习生岗位。同时，JDY项目还将重磅推出王牌的“校招直通卡”，针对26届的同学，最早5月可超前获得正式校招录用函；针对27届及以后的同学，实习期表现优异，可获得TET管培生计划和JD STAR新星计划的终面直通卡。
JDY实习生计划将覆盖技术类(如算法、软件开发)、采销、物流供应链、产品经理、市场营销、生态营运等核心岗位。北京、上海、深圳、广州、成都及西安等全国超过20个城市均有岗位可选。
