内媒报道，全国人大代表、小米集团-W(01810.HK) 创始人兼董事长雷军向十四届全国人大三次会议提交五份建议案，聚焦人工智能(AI)与新能源汽车产业发展。建议内容包括健全AI终端标准体系、加快自动驾驶测试验证及推动充电设施互联互通等。
雷军提出，应编制以用户体验为导向的AI终端智能化分级标准，力争2027年初步建成标准体系，2030年形成全球领先标准。据悉，其建议加强AI终端产业协作，由行业组织牵头联合厂商制定统一应用接口规范，并推动车联网技术标准制定。
针对新能源汽车领域，雷军建议今年建立跨区域自动驾驶测试互认机制，明年实现高速快速路及城市自动驾驶量产应用，同时呼吁明确自动驾驶量产时间表，并在明年前完成专属保险设立及法律体系建设。
