据内媒报道，海底捞(06862.HK) 孵化的烘焙品牌“SHUA BAKERY”，近日在杭州西湖银泰百货围板。报道引述银泰百货方面指出，“SHUA BAKERY”为海底捞全国首家烘焙店，位于杭州西湖银泰百货一楼，预计将于今年五一假期前开业。
