《中国证券报》引述全国人大代表、美的集团(00300.HK) 副总裁兼首席财务官钟铮在两会期间表示，美的集团布局协作型机器人，自主研发工业自动移动机器人(AMR)，还涉足人形机器人机的关键零件领域，未来将加快人形机器人本体的设计和开发。
钟铮表示，AI技术的应用为美的集团带来巨大的经济价值，也关注AI相关话题，希望完善AI视频法律法规并加强技术审核。今年，她特别关注到生成式人工智能视频传播中存在的问题，认为现在生成式人工智能在法律法规体系上仍不完善，特别是在界定AI生成内容的版权归属，以及侵权责任认定、隐私保护标准方面存在空白。
在积极布局人形机器人方面，钟铮表示，美的集团几年前就开始进行人形机器人关键零件的研发，如关节、传感及控制等。随着人形机器人应用浪潮的兴起，集团会加快人形机器人本体的设计和开发，进一步拓展相关产业。
