3月6日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局辽宁监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国邮政储蓄银行抚顺市分行因贷后管理不审慎、导致贷款资金被挪用被罚款人民币50万元。

　　同时，赵锋（时任中国邮政储蓄银行抚顺市分行抚顺县支行公司主管），对中国邮政储蓄银行抚顺市分行贷后管理不审慎、导致贷款资金被挪用的行为负有责任，被警告。

　　路谣（中国邮政储蓄银行抚顺市分行抚顺县支行小企业客户经理），对中国邮政储蓄银行抚顺市分行贷后管理不审慎、导致贷款资金被挪用的行为负有责任，被警告。
