The Star Entertainment Group (ASX:SGR) sealed the sale of a 50% stake in the Queen's Wharf in Queensland for around AU$50 million to its Hong Kong joint venture partners, Chow Tai Fook and Far East Consortium, The Australian reported Friday citing sources.
Star said earlier that it has been unable to reach an agreement for the sale of the property with its joint venture partners.
