(医药健闻2025年3月5日讯）波士顿科学公司宣布，已签订对私营医疗器械公司SoniVie Ltd.的最终收购协议，这家公司开发了TIVUS血管内超声系统。TIVUS系统是一项处于试验阶段的技术，旨在通过对血管周围神经进行去神经支配，治疗多种高血压疾病，包括针对高血压的经肾动脉去交感神经术（RDN）。

此次收购将凭借用于治疗高血压的经肾动脉去交感神经疗法，扩充心脏介入治疗产品组合。

作为 SoniVie 的战略投资者，波士顿科学目前持有约 10% 的股权。因此，此次交易包括为尚未持有的 90% 股权支付约 3.6 亿美元的首付款，以及在达到特定法规审批里程碑时最高可达 1.8 亿美元的款项。
