台积电前董事长刘德音加入美光董事会，与英特尔前CEO鲍勃・斯旺聚首
IT之家 3月6日消息，存储巨头美光当地时间昨日宣布，任命去年卸任的台积电前董事长刘德音（Mark Liu）为企业董事。IT之家注意到，英特尔前前任CEO鲍勃・斯旺在大约一年前也加入了美光董事会，这意味着两大先进制程企业的前任掌舵者将在美光展开合作。
美光董事长、总裁兼首席执行官桑杰・梅赫罗德拉（Sanjay Mehrotra）表示：
刘德音是一位具有远见卓识的领导者，拥有深厚的技术专长和商业头脑。他拥有数十年领导世界上最先进、最复杂、工厂运营规模最大的半导体公司之一的经验。
他的经验将有助于指导美光扩大业务规模，以应对AI带来的从数据中心到边缘的不断增长的机遇。
美光此次还宣布世界四大会计师事务所之一德勤（Deloitte）的高级审计和保证合伙人Christie Simons也成为该企业董事会的一员。Simons即将从德勤退休，可为美光提供技术和金融上的专业见解。
