智通财经APP讯，卡森国际(00496)公布，于2025年3月7日，公司接获Joyview的通知，表示其有意根据换股条件悉数行使尚未偿还本金总额约1.416亿港元的可换股债券的换股权。可换股债券的初始换股价应为每股换股股份0.36港元。
于悉数转换可换股债券后，该公司将向Joyview发行393,399,471股换股股份，因此，Joyview及其一致行动人士将持有合共961,404,584股股份。Joyview及其一致行动人士的合共股权将由公司已发行股本约39.36%增至约52.35%(经根据可换股债券获转换发行换股股份而扩大，其中假设除发行该等换股股份外，公司已发行股本概无其他变动)。
