格隆汇3月8日｜摩根大通当地时间3月7日发布的《全球性别平等状况报告》显示，全球性别平权进展停滞，2024年146个国家的性别差距基本维持不变，“按照现有速度，实现完全性别平等需要134年”。报告指出，尽管全球范围内女性劳动力参与率不断上升（其中美国女性劳动力参与率达77%，远超疫情前水平），但高层领导岗位中女性占比仅31.7%。报告称，美国的性别薪酬差距去年扩大至17.3%，在欧洲这一差距仍保持在12.7%不变。
