智通财经APP获悉，内房股午后拉升，截至发稿，雅居乐集团(03383)涨9.38%，报0.7港元；龙光集团(03380)涨8%，报1.08港元；新城发展(01030)涨7.94%，报2.31港元；碧桂园(02007)涨7.22%，报0.52港元；融创中国(01918)涨6.4%，报2.16港元。
消息面上，中指研究院近期披露数据显示，1—2月，TOP100房企销售总额为4479.9亿元，同比下降5.9%，降幅较1月大幅收窄10.6个百分点。值得注意的是，2月单月，TOP100房企销售额同比增长17.3%。中指研究院企业研究总监刘水认为，2月，多地通过举办房交会、购房节，推出高质量“好房子”等形式，促进需求释放，带动楼市延续回稳态势。
业内人士预计，随着春节节后核心城市楼市交易及土地市场回暖，市场有望延续回稳态势，核心城市或率先恢复，3月部分城市或迎局部“小阳春”。开源证券表示，2025年地产政策有望持续宽松，2025年前两月销售初步企稳，核心城市土拍热度高企，释放了积极的企稳信号。在更加积极的财政政策、适度宽松的货币政策下，存量收储及城中村改造工作有望加速推进，改善现有住房供求关系，加快止跌回稳进程。
