智通财经APP获悉，随着对这家澳大利亚金融服务公司的竞购战愈演愈烈，贝恩资本和 CC Capital 分别提高了对 Insignia Financial Ltd. 的收购报价，使得该公司在澳大利亚市场的股价最高上涨了 14%。
根据 Insignia 周五的一份声明，这两家收购公司分别以每股 5 澳元的价格提出了现金报价。这使得这家在悉尼上市的公司估值约为 34 亿澳元(22 亿美元)。
截至当地时间上午 10:42，Insignia 的股票交易价格为 4.745 澳元。这两家美国公司将进行六周的进一步尽职调查。Insignia 的董事会表示，每项提议的条款都“很有吸引力”。
据两位知情人士透露，此前的竞购者 Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. 并未提出更新报价。由于此事仍属机密，这两位知情人士要求匿名。Brookfield 之前曾提出每股 4.60 澳元的报价，与贝恩资本和 CC Capital 相匹敌，并获得了与他们一起进行尽职调查的权利。
Insignia 和 Brookfield 的发言人均拒绝发表评论。
据了解，海外投资者正在争夺澳大利亚财富和养老金市场的份额。Insignia 管理着约 3270 亿澳元的资产，业务范围涵盖从金融咨询到资金管理等一系列服务。
声明称，每项提议现在都需要满足一系列条件，包括完成尽职调查和董事会对要约的一致推荐。
