Odaily星球日报讯 据白宫官网公告，特朗普于 2025 年 3 月 6 日签署行政令，正式设立战略比特币储备（Strategic Bitcoin Reserve）和美国数字资产储备（U.S. Digital Asset Stockpile），以加强政府对数字资产的管理。该行政令要求财政部设立专门机构来管理和控制托管账户，管理政府持有的比特币和其他数字资产，这些资产主要来源于刑事或民事没收。行政令还限制政府出售或处置这些资产，除非涉及法律要求、犯罪受害者赔偿或执法用途。各联邦机构需在 30 天内提交持有的数字资产报告，财政部将在 60 天内评估管理和立法需求。
