全国人大代表、小鹏汽车董事长何小鹏：建议加快构建eVTOL航空器驾驶员资质认证管理体系
人民财讯3月5日电，据小鹏汽车消息，第十四届全国人大代表、小鹏汽车董事长兼CEO何小鹏向全国两会提交四份建议，其中包括：关于加快构建eVTOL航空器驾驶员资质认证管理体系的建议，建立eVTOL航空器驾驶员分类分级认证体系，制定和完善适用于eVTOL航空器的驾驶员资质和培训管理要求，新增eVTOL航空器的驾照类别等级，并帮助航空器制造商制定培训大纲和规范。制定传统航空器飞行员转成新型eVTOL航空器的培训要求，使得通过考核要求的驾驶员直接获得相应eVTOL机型的等级签注，为新研航空器运营提供充足的驾驶员供给。完善eVTOL模拟机和训练器的鉴定标准，并引入先进技术提升训练效果，缩短驾驶员培训周期，降低培训成本，缓解对真实航空器数量、飞行时长的需求。
