BlockBeats 消息，3 月 6 日，俄罗斯财政部副部长弗拉基米尔·科雷切夫对记者表示，财政部不计划改变国家福祉基金（FNB）当前的规范投资结构，特别是不会将加密资产纳入其中，因为它们波动性太高，而目前 FNB 的积累水平尚不足以考虑高风险投资。
