UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) has received board approval to raise 250 million Indian rupees through the issue and allotment of unlisted commercial papers, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The commercial papers have been issued at the rate of 484,393 rupees each at a face value of 500,000 rupees each.
The unlisted papers have a tenure of 120 days, scheduled to be redeemed on July 3.
