智通财经APP获悉，据报道，奥洛兹美医疗(HALO.US)与默沙东(MRK.US)之间正在酝酿一场新的专利纠纷，争议的焦点是抗癌重磅药物Keytruda的注射版。
知情人士透露，奥洛兹美医疗认为默沙东侵犯了其专利，应该签订许可协议才能销售注射用Keytruda。
默沙东的注射剂以韩国Alteogen公司开发的一种酶为基础，这是该公司应对即将到来的静脉注射Keytruda专利悬崖的解决方案。Keytruda几乎贡献了默沙东一半的总营收。
Keytruda静脉注射版本将在2028年失去美国市场的独占权，届时将会出现更便宜的抗PD-1仿制药。默沙东去年表示，其注射版Keytruda在关键的3期试验中达到了主要目标。
该公司去年还启动了一项监管程序，要求美国专利官员重新考虑授予奥洛兹美医疗的某些Mdase酶专利，因为这些专利的性质过于宽泛。
据报道，奥洛兹美医疗将在周三的投资者活动上讨论注射版Keytruda专利问题。
截至发稿，默沙东盘前跌0.54%，奥洛兹美医疗涨0.81%。
