绿城中国公布2025年前2月运营数据：合同销售金额240亿元
3月5日，绿城中国（03900）发布公告，截至2025年2月28日止的两个月未经审计运营数据已公布。
2025年2月，公司的自投项目销售了1923套房屋，销售面积约26万平方米，销售金额约为77亿元，销售均价约为每平方米2.98万元。在2025年1月至2月期间，公司的合同销售面积约为50万平方米，合同销售金额约为146亿元，其中归属于公司的权益金额约为100亿元。
此外，截至2025年2月28日，公司的代建项目在2025年2月取得了销售面积约39万平方米，销售金额约为51亿元，而在2025年1月至2月期间，代建项目累计销售面积约为67万平方米，销售金额约为94亿元。
综上所述，截至2025年2月28日止两个月，公司累计取得的总合同销售面积约为117万平方米，总合同销售金额约为240亿元。上述数据为初步性质，投资者在做出决策时应谨慎行事。
