智通财经APP获悉，英国竞争监管机构周三批准了芯片设计软件制造商新思科技(SNPS.US)以350亿美元收购安斯科技(ANSS.US)的交易，此前该机构接受了这两家公司的某些补救措施。

英国监管机构表示，不会将拟议中的收购案纳入第二阶段的深入调查。

监管机构曾在去年12月表示，这笔交易可能会减少创新并导致价格上涨，但如果两家公司解决了这些问题，该交易可能会获得批准。

新思科技去年1月宣布以现金加股票的方式收购工业软件公司安斯科技。目标公司的软件用于制造从飞机到网球拍等各种产品。

截至发稿，新思科技盘前涨1.69%，安斯科技盘前涨0.77%。
