智通财经APP获悉，周三，万国数据(GDS.US)美股盘前涨近8%，报38.25美元。GD Culture及其子公司于2025年3月4日与某些投资者签署了证券购买协议，购买和销售最多111.5万股，购买价格约为每股0.896美元，采用定向增发。
瑞银大中华电信行业分析师王心怡表示，在国产大模型的需求拉动下，中国互联网数据中心(IDC)运营商的项目回报率和业绩增速有望超过海外同业。中国IDC运营商基于市场预期的估值为17倍动态EV/EBITDA，低于全球同业的24倍。鉴于行业供需格局明显好转、项目回报率企稳，政府亦鼓励数据中心运营商发行REIT来盘活存量资产，预计中国IDC公司的估值有上行空间。
消息面上，据财联社报道，杭州市余杭区摸排意向参与阿里巴巴集团云和AI重大投资计划的本地配套供应商及核心产品。摸排范围为注册在余杭区且有意向参加阿里巴巴集团云和AI生态建设的软硬件产品提供商。据悉，2月24日阿里集团CEO吴泳铭宣布，阿里将投入超过3800亿元用于建设云和AI硬件基础设施，总额超过过去十年总和。
