智通财经APP讯，顺丰控股(06936)发布公告，公司于2023年12月28日召开第六届董事会第十次会议审议通过了《关于开展基础设施公募REITs申报发行工作的议案》，董事会同意公司开展公开募集基础设施领域不动产投资信托基金申报发行工作。
2025年3月5日，中国证监会出具了《关于准予南方顺丰仓储物流封闭式基础设施证券投资基金注册的批复》(证监许可〔2025〕394号)，准予注册基础设施公募REITs，主要内容如下：一、准予南方基金管理股份有限公司注册南方顺丰仓储物流封闭式基础设施证券投资基金，基金类型为契约型封闭式，基金合同期限为43年。二、准予基金的募集份额总额为10亿份。三、同意南方基金管理股份有限公司为基金的基金管理人，招商银行股份有限公司为基金的基金托管人。四、南方基金管理股份有限公司应自本批复下发之日起6个月内进行基金的募集活动，募集期限自基金份额发售之日起不得超过3个月。
